Patient financial assistance

Genentech co-pay programs provide financial assistance to eligible commercially insured patients to help with their co-pays, co-insurance, or other out-of-pocket (OOP) costs.*

If eligible publicly or commercially insured patients have difficulty paying for their co-pay, co-insurance, or other OOP costs, Genentech Access Solutions can refer them to an independent co-pay assistance foundation supporting their diagnosis.

If patients don’t have insurance coverage or have financial concerns and meet eligibility criteria, they may be able to get free medicine from the Genentech Patient Foundation.

*Eligibility criteria apply. Not valid for patients using federal or state government programs to pay for their medications. Patient must be taking the Genentech medication for an FDA-approved indication. See full terms and conditions at

Genentech does not influence or control the operations or eligibility criteria of any independent co-pay assistance foundation and cannot guarantee co-pay assistance after a referral from Genentech Access Solutions. The foundations to which we refer patients are not exhaustive or indicative of Genentech’s endorsement or financial support. There may be other foundations to support the patient's disease state.

To be eligible for free Genentech medicine from the Genentech Patient Foundation, insured patients who have coverage for their medicine must have pursued all other forms of financial assistance and meet certain income requirements. Uninsured patients and insured patients without coverage for their medicine must meet different income requirements.

ENSPRYNG injection training support

Genentech offers injection training support via ENSPRYNG Clinical Educators. Our Clinical Educators are nurses who can provide supplemental injection training to patients and caregivers either in person at their home or virtually. ENSPRYNG Clinical Educators do not inject patients with ENSPRYNG.

Once patients have received initial training from their healthcare provider, the Injection Training Video serves as a helpful resource.
